Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders shipped outside of our local drop-ship radius. Our drop-ship radius is defined as within 20 miles of our business location. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Orders delivered within the 20-mile drop-ship radius may qualify for local delivery or pickup when available.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Crown & Sparrow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Crown & Sparrow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
