Return & Exchange Window
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email nikki@cutler-co.com within the 7-day window. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Condition of Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged, washed, or show signs of wear.

Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged for store credit or another item, based on availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
